Here comes Santa Claus!

The Children's Museum is always lots of fun the day after Thanksgiving! This is the day that Santa officially arrives and the Jolly Days exhibit opens. This is our second year going to this crazy event! We sit and wait in a crazy crowd of people for Santa to wave from the second floor and watch him slide down the big slide! The kids love it! Afterwards, we go to the Jolly Days exhibit and this year, Cameron just loved playing in the kitchen area. He pretended to make lots and lots of cookies and cupcakes! It was funny because there were a lot more girls than boys that were "baking". I guess because the boys don't tend to have these kinds of toys at home. But they were all too cute making their Christmas goodies!

We didn't sit on Santa's lap yet, but we will definitely go back another day before Christmas. I'm not sure Cameron will participate this year. He sure likes Santa from a distance and likes to talk about him, but I'm not so sure he wants to get that close to him...we will see, maybe he will surprise us!
