One Little Monkey...going Trick-or-treating

Happy Halloween! Cameron had so much fun trick or treating tonight! It gets better every year! Cameron was Curious George and Daddy was the man in the yellow hat...they were so cute! I don't think Lonnie thought I was serious when I told him I actually bought him that costume! Cameron practiced trick or treating earlier this week and by tonight he was a pro! He would go to the door and say trick or treat, get his candy and say thank you! But he wanted to pick out his own candy and then as soon as we left he wanted to taste everything. He tried Skittles for the first time tonight and for some reason he kept saying he wanted more gum...he was calling the skittles gum (Cameron has never had gum)! About half way through, I think he had had enough candy and started picking flowers! He was more interested in flowers than the candy. We went along with it and people were nice and let him take flowers but he would start crying hysterically if he lost a petal! It was just time to go home. So we headed home, lit up our pumpkin, passed out some candy, ate dinner and called it a night! What a fun day!

Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for coming to visit for the day even though Grandma has been sick...hope you had as much fun as I did! ~ Cameron

Another day of "Wapple" picking!

This little boy LOVES apples! I'm sure it's just another phase. We even took him to Applebee's last night for dinner and he loved it. He kept saying "Wapplebee's". That might be our new hangout. Cameron had lots of fun today at Stuckey Farm. It was a little cooler out today, but he enjoyed picking more apples and showing Daddy everything. He is quite the little ham. He is talking up a storm and is just a little sponge right now.

Cameron is napping right now, getting some rest before a night of pumpkin carving!

Halloween Party

Cameron went to a Halloween party today at his friend Nolan's house. It's so cute to watch the kids at this age interact. They made ghosts out of lollipops, colored, ate lunch, had special halloween cookies and dressed up for pictures...what a fun morning!

Zoo-Boo

We took Cameron to the zoo for a few hours today with our neighbors. As soon as we got there it started to rain, but then it got nice out again. It was just a quick trip, but just enough. Cameron went without a nap today, but luckily didn't get too cranky. He looked cute all decked out in his Halloween costume, but the balloons didn't last. It was sort of windy so they kept blowing towards his face and he didn't like it. Hopefully he will keep them on for Halloween because Curious George has to have the balloons...but he was still the cutest little monkey that I've EVER seen! :)
Mom, you better hurry up and get a picture of this!

Cameron goes "Wapple" picking at Stuckey Farm!

Daddy went to the Purdue/Ohio State game today while Cameron and Mommy went to the apple orchard and pumpkin patch...Cameron and Mommy had more fun (hehehe)!

Cameron had a blast! He has a movie of Caillou going apple picking so he loved it even more since he knew Caillou liked it too! He could have stayed there all day...although we did stay there most of the day! I'm so glad I had my camera...When we got there, I realized I didn't have my memory card in so we had to leave and go to Target to buy a new one. I had to take pictures of our day, so it put us almost an hour behind. But it was a beautiful day and we didn't have anything else to do. Afterwards we went out to lunch and then home to play. It's 7pm and Cameron didn't have a nap and just told me he was ready for bed...we'll see if he really goes to sleep now. Maybe...he did have a fun filled day!
I love this place Mommy!

WOW...look at all of these apples!

I think I'll take this pumpkin
Geez, this apple picking stuff is hard work!
Hmmm...these are the perfect height!
I can't reach all of them!

CARS line-up!

Cameron has been lining up his cars lately...he is very meticulous about it, they have to line up just perfectly. This is what he worked on this afternoon. He has just a couple of cars (HA)! And these were just the cars in his room! The back row are all cars from the CARS movie and the front row are other misc. cars, it makes a difference in his line-up.

Such a big boy!

So proud
Look what I did MOM!

Colts tailgate party!

There was a Colts tailgate party today after church. Lots of fun activities...pumpkins, hayrides, bounce houses...and for Cameron, berry picking! It was a beautiful afternoon and we all had a great time. Cameron had a great time on the hayride and watching mom decorate our pumpkin. He wanted to go in the bounce house, but was afraid once the kids started bouncing around, so he didn't make it out of the doorway. His favorite part was picking berries off of the trees! Not sure what ever started Cameron's obsession with berries, but he loves carrying around berries, cherry tomatoes, apples, etc.

GO COLTS!!!

On our way back home...

Our vacation finally came to an end...we had lots of fun, but we were all ready to head back home. Cameron could not stop talking about Andy. It started the day before we left and he had a break down the night before. We were out to dinner and told him we were going to see Andy tomorrow and when we pulled in to the condo he was screaming "home" and "Andy". He was really good while we were gone and had lots of fun, but he was definitely ready to get home. He didn't have a problem leaving. He ran through the condo and said bye to every room and was excited to go back home. I think I could have stayed a bit longer. It was so nice to get away...I can't even remember the last time we were gone for a week.

It's been busy since we got back home and I'm still not unpacked, but that's ok, maybe this week. Looking forward to our next vacation! :)

Beautiful view from the sky!
I'm ready Mom!

Day 7...Beach, boat ride & fishing!

Our last full day in Florida was lots of fun. Dad went fishing in the morning, while Cameron, Mom and Grandma went to the beach and on our last afternoon speed boat ride. After our boat ride we went to go visit Dad on the pier and saw him catch a nice Spanish Mackerel. We went home for an afternoon nap, Dad still fished for awhile and then we got dressed again and went out for our last dinner in Florida. After dinner, we went to the pier and fished a little more. We had to go again because Mom took some really cute pictures of the boys earlier in the day and somehow lost them all on her camera...so since this is the only day Dad fished, I wanted to go back and get a few more fishing pictures...it was Cameron's first fishing trip too! Had to capture all of those memories! We fished for a bit and then spent the rest of the night at the park on the beach and running and playing in the sand. We all had a hard time saying goodbye to the beach!
BYE BEACH!
I can't find it mom...not even with my flashlight!
